They do they just charge you more to get in
They tried it..briefly. Yes they wanted to keep the crowd down but people without a GC connection were fighting (around lots of children), stealing money, phones you name it. Police were getting called there a lot. Now much quieter. For reasons beyond my control I have not been there for a few years but...I loved the SPLASH very much.
You can only get in if you are with a grove city resident. They do this to keep the amount of people attending to a manageable level.
I was turned away because we didn't have a membership or have a resident of Grove City with me
