Who can I contact regarding the simple truth whole chicken I bought from Kroger on East Broad which didn’t have the heart & liver which is supposed to be a part of the purchase because it says on the package it has giblets but both are missing.

I would complain to the manager and I would also complain to Corporate. Every since all the layoffs the Broad St. store has gone down hill.
