Was a 5 now it’s a ZERO! Service is HORRIBLE!!!! Wow!!! Now..September 21.2022!!! Huge puddle on floor and I slipped and fell!!! My back really hurts!!! Customers ran up /kids of customers!!! No employees around to clean or help me!!! Brandon took report!! My back hurts!!! There’s HARDLY EVER A REGISTER OPEN!!! No employees around to help! Always outside on their phones!! I took picASAP!!! I felt that pain and I’m sure it’ll be worse tomorrow

I don't when I go to the store.. But there home delivery is not very good. They give you what everybody else pushes to the side... You're going to get the oldest watermelons the oldest steaks the oldest fruit the oldest vegetables the stuff no one else wanted... Order delivery at your own risk...

This Kroger is my main Kroger, and always a pleasure to shop at. So many of the employees here have been here for years if not decades, and are total rock stars and sweethearts. The only reason I can't give a full five stars is that of all the places I shop, Kroger is still the one single holdout that does not offer tap to pay. I really don't understand why. Because of how I am paid for some jobs I do, this means I can't shop there, even when I would prefer to.
