After 45 minutes...and needing to tend to other things, I hung up. About 20 minutes later, I tried calling back. There was a message "because of high call volume..."...then they hung up on me. Seriously? Why have a service you are not equipped to handle? It's like putting out a product thats not fully vetted. Absolutely ridiculous...and typical of Louisiana - hence, the reason I left there many years ago.
They do not have enough people staffing the phone lines...
