You can walk in. Sometimes they get really busy but you can call and see what the waiting time is. Avoid the cheapall places. They really messed up piercing my ears years ago. I got a helix piercing there about 4 months ago as well as my daughter. I went back and had them slightly enlarge my regular pierced ears because ever since I had it done many years ago it was always hard to get a earring regular earring in the ear because of scar tissue. They did an excellent job. Mostly, they know what they're doing.
