They take walk-ins just sign it to the machine by the front door when you walk in with your social security number. The machine will give you a ticket and they'll call you by the ticket number. PS they don't call the ticket numbers in order. Ask security for help if you don't understand the machine
If you go after 3 at about 3:30, it is fast because hardly anyone is there. Four o'clock they lock the door so the workers are all moving fast because it is almost time for them to go home. Although all days during the week at 3:30 are great, Friday is even better. Also, the first person you will see is only an intake person to decide who to assign you to so you will go back and sit down and wait for them to call you to that assigned person. Can you tell I've been there a lot? Hahaha
