Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE MY BOYFRIEND CALLED THEM THEY SAID 7 MINS WE WAITED CALLED BACK TO THEM SAYIBG NO ONE IS AVAILABLE THEIE HORRIBLE

I would say u r correct but dont blame all of them on your one bad experience u have to tell owner of base,he can retrain or fire driver,I once exited a cab halfway to my destination n paid driver n called another cab by doing this I ended argument got driver away from me n got cab my goal accomplished Happy Holidays
