TERRIBLE customer service. I emailed and called regarding our design proof and couldn't get a response back for weeks. Finally contacted me and instead of sending the proof for us to approve...they send a photo of the final completed job and the placement was wrong on the shirt. I mean that is the exact purpose of the proof...to ensure everything is correct BEFORE going to print. Extremely basic stuff...but I guess when you have staff that could care less about customer projects these things will happen. I reached out to them about it and got the run around. No apology, no accountability or even acknowledgment of the error. They may be ok for family reunion shirts or something like that but if you're running a business and/or the least bit concerned w timelines save yourself time, energy and money and look elsewhere.

I spent over $3000 dollars here , and they delayed my order , and the printing of the shirts fade WiTH ONLY ONE WASH , I can't even sell them SMH, and when I call they always say Jose is not here smh.

sham of a company, I would recommend going anywhere else. it seems that nobody who works at this company wants to be there or help you and that you're causing them an inconvenience by wanting to get work done. highly recommend going anywhere else. my experience here was terrible but uncommon, the other screen printing business I went to was much nicer, faster, and I left feeling satisfied, unlike BKNY. edit: I emailed and called 15 times total within the last 3 weeks because half of my order was stained, but as soon as I leave a review I get a response on here...adding this info in case anyone finds that part useful.

3.5 weeks to print 24 shirts, they get mad when you follow up asking whats taking so long theres a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews, wish I trusted my gut feeling about them
