Any plumbing company can help you if Home Depot can't help you there also should be a number you can call for Rheem water heaters if it's still under warranty
I can work on if you need help
Get a rando on Craigslist, what could go wrong
There may also be a tag on your hot water heater with a phone number near the model number, because they will usually ask what type you have. (You might be able to lookup the troubleshooting tips on YouTube for simple ways to check it yourself. If it's beyond your comfort level, you can at least get an idea of what's going on and if it's worth fixing or just replacing. I usually check several different shorter videos, on any type of appliances if possible, and read the comments to see feedback). You'll be surprised how easy it is sometimes to do it yourself. But of of course leave anything dangerous to the pros if you have any doubts at all.
Call ACE hardware on Westbank. He sells them n might know someone you can trust
I would just ask an employee they know best!
