Never had any problems with contacting them even if they are out of they will answer while taking groups out.... go to their home site on the web ..full disclosure of sllbthey have to offer and sailing times, Cancellations, etc. Hardest working groups of people I've ever met Captree fishing is the best!
I think their website will open for bookings come May 24th.
