There are two parts to the restaurant. One is more casual, but you should dress for both, i.e., no tank tops for guys. Sit at the bar on the smaller side and I got right in, lots of room.
There were all sorts of dress when we dined there. I wore suit and tie as part of a group dinner. I do think reservations are a good idea, but I do not know if they are required.
