Not at the actual niawanda park along the water. Just benches and trees kids climb and a walking/bike path. But if you go past Mississippi muds so the river is in your right (not sure which direction) across the street from the water on the left there is a nice playground.
If memory serves. There may be one near the Community Center Pavilion in the Hinds Street area. If not, there are one or two in Isleview, and of course veterans park.
