I have never left a review before, but had such a poor experience that I would not recommend anyone go here. There’s a reason you can get an appointment next day. Very poor customer service, like others say staff seems to be bothered by customers. Front desk staff were very unwelcoming and did not even greet me. My doctor did a very poor job and didn’t double check that my new prescription was accurate, just rushed through the exam which did not seem even close to as thorough as I’ve experienced with other doctors

I do love mie tue parse of glasses for only $79.95 Also I got an eye exam that same day! And I was able to get a eye doctor to complete a eye exam report for the DMV And they were friendly and Answered all of my questions

Really decent pricing for eye exams and eye glasses. They were very patient and thorough with my son. They didn't take my insurance but with how good their prices are it's not entirely beyond paying cash for the quality of service and selection. They even upgrade your child's lenses to include scratch protection for free. So for 2 pairs of glasses (which anyone with kids knows, you need 2)and an exam for $79 you really can't beat it. All the employees and doctors are very polite and professional.

When I made my appointment, I chose eyeglasses and contacts exam, when I went in, they asked again and I said both (not knowing there’s another component to the contacts exam because no one told me, thinking they just need to know to write the prescription). Now I’m having trouble ordering contacts and had to call and find out they never did the contacts exam and have to go back. The biggest inconvenience and the staff was entirely unhelpful. Update: Went back for the contacts exam and the doctor took me in the room and just wrote the prescription I needed all along. Did not need to go there, wasted my time and had to pay for the “exam”. Best part is they tried to still sell me the contacts after I had tried to order somewhere else. Insane. Never going back.
