I tried calling the phone number posted on here but I keep getting a busy signal. Who can I talk to about using one of their pavilions. I want to have a small socially distant get together to celebrate my husband's birthday. Also is alcohol allowed?

There are signs posted that alcohol is allowed with a permit. I'm fairly confident I've attended at least on official party that had booze there. Not sure about contacting them though, good luck. For Wes who apparently doesn't actually go to Elicott Creek or Erie County parks that have shelters: #10 under policies & procedures for Erie County is that beer and wine are allowed with permit. Shelter permit allows beer and wine, no kegs.
