When placing an order and then call and add more then you only receive part of your order and the other half dont come... Hmmm what do you do... Call... Then they put you on hold for 15 minutes and hang up on you... You call back and get nobody...

They suck

Sounds like someone didn't hang the new order tags and the driver didn't check the receipt. I can't answer why they hung up on you. If they get busy they might have accidentally forgotten you were on hold. And since i don't know when you called the second time, i don't know if they might have been closed. I hope you called the next day to speak with a manager.
