I would agree, I would not use them to mount used tires. They use hired help not mechanics or professionals and they will not tell you if you're putting yourself in danger by using a tire that through proper inspection would be determined as dangerous.
Don't know, but I wouldn't suggest them to do any work on tires. I've had bad luck
