I have been here many times now. They have always been friendly to me. Many repairs have had to be done on my Honda over the years. I used to default to the dealership here in town. I feel Five Star has just as much competence in repairing my vehicle as they did. In truth they have helped with items the dealership was not able to diagnose. The pricing is competitive in relation to the dealership here in town. I once had the same service done at both places, just on different sides of the vehicle. I was able to get the service done at about half the price at Five Star.

Great place to take your ride.
I happened to be a current customer waiting in the shop when I heard Ellen answer your call. You were rude and loud when she tried to explain that you would have to easily bring the car in for the technicians to give an accurate quote. Thus making this review inaccurate. At an auto repair place mechanics are WORKING on cars.
