It is casual. It is a place where you dress up or dress casual.
There is no specific dress code. My guess is that your attire would have to be fairly extreme to be addressed by staff. Given the decor of the restaurant, I think most folks would feel more appropriately dressed in something slightly dressier than jeans and a t-shirt, but you are not likely to draw any unwanted attention with casual attire.

No stated dress code, but would recommend slacks for either sex or a dress/skirt for the ladies. No semi-formal dress is required. Basically no shorts and you'll not have much company in a t-shirt, but i doubt they'll turn you away.
