Do you serve "cupin" as part of the rodizio?

That is one of the cuts of meat that I believe they do not serve

Its actually spelled Cupim....the hump of the Brahma. Seasoned and roasted. So, I called them and I was told they do not serve Cupim. Y'all don't know what you're missing. That's one of the best parts of a Brazilian Steakhouse
