You should receive a license renewal notice in the mail (USPS) from the NY State Dept of Licensing Services around 2 months before your license expires. To renew, you need to send back the form with payment. You will also have to have completed the 8 hour annual renewal course required by NY State. If you didn't receive notice, go to the NY State website to download renewal form.
