I doubt you can park it to live there, they park closes at sundown. And they have a gate that gets locked.

Kenlyn is correct. Southside is not an RV park. I'm not sure how close you want to be to Newton but not ridiculously far away are Cross Country Campground and Wildlife Woods Campground on Hwy 150 at Lake Norman .
