Can they help with pudendal neuralgia? I'm assuming that they can do stem cell work, etc. After all, the experience of pain is the same no matter where it occurs in the body. Mine is mostly around my right side sit bone.

David Schneider, that's a genicular nerve block. Duke Pain Clinic can also do those. Rebecca, they don't do nerve blocks, but I think you may want to just call them. They do stem cell treatments, but not sure about where you need treatment.

They told me yesterday that there is a treatment that can deaden the nerves around my wife's knee but they don't do that, UNC and Charlotte NC they do that to help with pain, I hope this helps.
