I heard that no he no longer has ownership.
Bastianich family offered to buy his share out. Not sure if the transaction took effect already. On a side note, would make sense to wait for a court's decision.
He was bought out in March.
I think he is still in.
On their website there is no mention of him, and Joe Bastianich, who someone else mentioned here, is listed as the owner
