There's a cat living in the street in the Condo where I live un North Arlington, NJ. Do you know who may help him? It looks weak, and need help urgently. Please!

You can put food and water. They like friskies canned food for cats and buy a bag of hard cat food. There are easy to watch videos that will help you make her a home. Very simple. Goto youtube and lookup (Help Stray Animals! Easy 10-Minute DIY Shelter). This should help until you can get her help. Keep feeding her every day. She might be weak because no one feeds her. I called Bergen County Shelter but they said they can't come and catch the cat if the administration doesn't ask them to do it. I talked with the administration they said they will call but it was more than 1 week ago and nothing happens: the cat is still living outside behind my apartment! Anyone knows what can I do? Who may help me, please? I arrive to U.S. few months ago so I don't know what can I do or contact here

I would call the Bergen County Humane Society and ask them for help or who else can help. Try to keep an eye on the cats location to make it easier for it to get the help of needs. Best of luck.
