For three days there has been a cart of garbage in the hallway on the third floor. We've called and been given the run around and flat out lied to about when it would be removed. For visitors and the residents...tired of doing housekeeping work ..the rent is ridiculous for this building to be lied to over and over again. please do not come here... Even visiting makes you itch...

Great maintenance experience!! Call the office to report an issue with the window in my apartment. Within a hour, Joe and Juelz arrived. Within the hour my issue was fixed. Timely and did a great job with the window. Thank you again!!

Management and service crew are very helpful and efficient. For a work order I put in, Jules Mendez from service support completed it quickly and was friendly all through out. Overall a very welcoming place.

Staff at the building told me it was built 20 years ago. That might have been an approximation and not an exact number, so probably between 2000-2005.
We're in close proximity to Route 21 and Route 3, providing easy access to both Newark and Manhattan.
Our community amenities include a TV lounge, movie theatre, rec room, business center, fitness center, and laundry facility.
Yes, ReNew Lyndhurst is a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a 2 pets per apartment max and a few breed restrictions.
