The customer service is terrible! The same lady answers all the time, she doesn’t even greet you… as soon as they answer the phone you will get a “ hold please” and they will never pick up. They will never make time to answer a phone call.

I agree with you!! If you want a vet that is going to give you false hopes this is not him. He thinks about the animals pain control and quality of life rather than his wallet and your desire to keep your suffering animal alive. Yes he is a little rough around the edges but he is very knowledgeable.

I dont know since I live 40min away but if you have an emergency at any hour any day, he does answer his phone and open the clinic for you.

Hello. Im.not sure since I put my dog down y years ago. But again the vet is very reasonable compared with everyone else. I hope your dog gets better
