Some Greyhound customer services are good, some are bad, others are downright disgraceful.
Call the phone number for customer service and ask them how their day is
Customer service SUCKS in Charlotte. That's right I said it. They wanna make you look like you're dumb and stupid like you've never been riding on the bus before. One of these days the mgr is gonna say the wrong thing to the wrong person and all hell's gonna break loose. I've seen it done too many times.

Agreed. Greyhound customer service is like their bus stations; some great some terrible. Atlanta was filthy and had a heroin addict throwing up in the women's bathroom for two straight hours until EMS removed her from the premises. Raleigh, NC, was clean, neat, well mannered.
