Why did the biscuits and gravy look and taste like somebody barfed on uncooked biscuits

I had the biscuits and gravy. 1. What do you expect gravy over biscuits to look like 2. They tasted just like biscuits and gravy to me & the bacon was awesome. If you don't like gravy don't order it

I've never had a bad breakfast at any Biscuitville location. Maybe this question would have been better directed to the management at the location. If a satisfactory answer and/or resolution was not provided, contact the corporate office.
