That is not amazon fault, when you don't pay for shipping it gets ship by regular mail and the mail man or woman leaves it at your door. You want good service pay for your shipping then
You can clarify exactly where they are supposed to leave it. Its your own fault for not specify. I bet they gave you a full refund immediately as well!
I do have the same problem of delivery from Amazon. They delivered to wrong address,in fact they just drop it to mail box of our neighborhood. Only plus point is they refunded me amazon voucher when I contacted help line.
I've always used Amazon and it's delivery method, never had any issue.
