My knees are at the point I can't do anything I can hardly get to my truck. Can't sleep can't get up or down and the ache all the time but I don't have insurance and I can't work cause I can hardly stand up for any period of time. So what can I do?

How do I get a refferal? Dr. Morgan did hip surgery on me in 2019 and now I can hardly walk. Cant put left foot flat on ground and my hip is elevated and I constantly have pain from my hip to my knee.
