Is there anyway to expedite scheduling an MRI? My grandfather has been waiting for three weeks now and every time we call the number to see the status we stay on hold and no one answers the phone.

You can call and request a nurse call back. They usually respond within 24 hours. The nurse can direct you as to exactly if and how to expedite.

They have a wonderful scheduling representative for special scans. She got me a MRI within a couple of hours via CMC Concord.
