If investigators/Deputies/law enforcement ask for a subject to come in for a lie detector test it will usually be during an investigation. As for personal situations, or civil matters, you can contact a private service to conduct said tests. Hope this helps sir! Try googling Polygraph test in my area and see if that helps!
