There is a fee to park during the summer. Not sure about the price, maybe 5 -10 bucks. I'm handicap so I park in that spot if it's available. I mostly go on the off season of I can. Bring your camera, the views are outstanding. Even better in the fall. Enjoy

During the summer, there is a fee to park at the summit, with an attendant to collect it and to chase away cars that try to park on the road between the lot and the tower and lodge. Something like $5/car. No fee to park at the base/visitor center or any of the overlook or trailhead lots along the road. No guides that I know of.

There is a donation box. I think they collect a few during peak summer hours. No tour guide.

No fee. We went during fall colours

I believe there's a fee (on your honor) to park at the summit.

No fee if you just want to visit the summit and monument. You need to pay if you are camping. No tour guide either.
