There IS a parking garage located under the library. It is free on Sundays, and for the first hour the other days. It's a great library, wonderful staff.
We have a small parking garage under the Main Library. Parking is free for the first hour and 50 cents for each additional hour.
Well this is Charleston, so you have to find a parking garage and most likely have to pay a fee. Parking on the side in the front will get your car towed.
