Nora, really? Your post says nothing about how long the tech was on site, nor what they had to do to determine the problem was a $20 part. Posting the receipt with job information would be more constructive.
Nora. Not sure if it's a female thing, I've questioned that myself. Though I will say the tech's I've had in the past were all gentlemen. I agree, shame on them, but I believe it is the company itself charging excessive labor. They were my go to for years until I wised up. Will never employ them again. Let me know if you'd like a recommendation!
