Are there no reservations for the Owens-Thomas House? Do you just have to go there, get a tour time, and wait? I tried to call or reserve online, finally went there but was told there was a two-hour wait. This was on a Tuesday. Any recommendations?

Buy on site early in the day, go visit the Jepson center with the same pass.

Actually, if you are in town for more than one day, you get your ticket, which is good for the Owens-Thomas house, Jepson Center, and Telfair museum and request a date and time in advance at the Owens-Thomas house. The ticket for all three is good for a week. So you can plan your trip, but you may not be able to immediately enter depending on demand. You do have to go to the O-T House to book your date and time. Unfortunately you cannot do so if you buy your ticket say at the Jepson Center. You actually have to go to the O-T house, stand in line to get your entry time and date.
