The place smells bad as soon as you walk in the door! The utensils was dirty and the appetizer plate was dirty. The tea was old asked for a sprite got a sprite in a dirty glass with red stuff floating in it. The glass had tomato seeds stuck to the outside. The napkins are dirty the replacement napkins are also dirty. This place needs serious help it is a failure!!!!

I am giving 2 stars but that was because of the waitress- it wasn't her fault- she did the best she could. Longhorn on the other hand- thumbs down. There was 5 of us- all my Aunts and Mom- (these sweet ladies -all who are in their 80s) were looking for a nite out to eat a good dinner and enjoy each others companies. A little hard when the drink order came 40 minutes later or after 1.5 hour of taking the order- we were informed they did not have any back back ribs. So yes we received the salads and waited another 30 minutes and still no food. Total wait from sit down to departure 2.25 hours. The manager came over and of course apologized- took the salads off the bill- they still managed to make their money off their over priced drinks. So disappointing ( even the waitress indicated she would not suggest we order drinks since she had to wait 1/2 hour for beer for another table.........Longhorn- you have fallen and this is not a one time incident- it has happened to others as well at this location.
