There's two options: you can go to recommended watch repair shop that's certified on Lincoln & Washington here in Venice (cost up to $25). Second option is to bring it in and the Shinola shop will send to Detroit and they'll fix and get back to within two weeks. The cool thing is that it's free if it's the first battery replacement and can have it sent back to you at work, home or at the shop (2wks). Either way you win. Hope this helps.
