There are a ton of restaurants nearby, and it does depend on your preference. We suggest you start with google maps (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Owens-Thomas+House+%26+Slave+Quarters/@32.077381,-81.08928,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x516463c8c44409c9!8m2!3d32.077381!4d-81.08928) and click on the "nearby"tab and search restaurants. The main streets -Broughton St., Bay Street and River Street- are all nearby. The Pink House is the closest "nice" place and Zunzis is nearby and very casual/outdoor seating only. You cannot go wrong picking a restaurant in Savannah!

The shrimp factory was amazing.
We walked over to Zunzis...really good food but outside seating only so can get hot in the middle of the day!
There is a shopping center just walking distance from the house... Moreover, there are lots of bbq places around the house as well... All depends on your preference...
