Allowed yes, as another mentioned private parking, sticker required. Coligny has public parking, never been there though.

Yes they were allowed during our visit until the 28th but no public parking unless you have a sticker being an owner on the island
Canopies, tents, and beach umbrellas were out during our June 21st visit.
