Yes you can make it fairly easy. Just take your time, take water (plenty) of water.
Parking off Conservancy Rd. Out onto the rock maybe a mile , to the falls " depending on water level " descend walking trail another third of a mile. So about two and half miles round trip.
I would start with the top and go down to the stream. Then maybe do the bottom another time. I've not done the whole thing in a day.

We took a 5 yr old down the rock to the stream and back uo by the waterfall almost 2 miles. Very steep.. There are longer trails around to the beaver pond i believe 6 miles there and back.
If you're a person who is just starting to get back into shape then you may wanna start out slow and easy rather than rushing head first into hiking it round trip because it's definitely s good little hike!
