What good is it to have a phone number But no one answers the phone

I know you call and it rings n rings

I was there Saturday. Their phone and internet service is down. They wasn't sure when the systems would be back up.

My first thought was how so many businesses use the cable company for phone services to save money. We all know that there is a voice menu on business lines. If the phone continues to ring please know that they do work hard.

Some times the weather keeps the lines down
