Where does someone phone after hours for a lost dog in the neighborhood?

After hours services are typically for emergencies only. Everyone should have the non-emergency number in their phones. When calling after hours, they determine whether or not to respond. Of course, if an animal seems rapid or has bitten someone, call for emergency help.

Call non emergency 911 number maybe , im not sure what the number is, if you have lost a dog probably would help to post it on Facebook , ive seen alot of positive results that way
