They charge $35. They consider a change of order if you misspell your address or just misstyped one # of your address or phone # and you want to correct it so the postal service can contact you or check your address/package....but they still charge you$35 to do so.....Just another ripoff.
Yes, we will be more then happy to refund your order. There is a $35 charge for cancelling orders after February 1, 2020 as stated in the terms and conditions of the sale.
