You can buy them online. I grew one in Michigan. I just had to bring it in during the winter. They are called Camila Sinensis and any actual teas (green, black, white...not herbal teas) are made from this same plant.

Went on the tour and the tour guide was the owner of the Plantation ( Bill ). He never mentioned that he had tea plants for sale. So I would say no.
