Probably money, they look really low on funds.
Message them at Habersham Shelter Kids on Facebook or call them . If you are not a repeat offender they will often work with you on the reclaim fee. After 5 days the stay hold is up and the animal becomes available for adoption but if the animal has not been adopted you may still reclaim it.
