I haven't been there in over a year now. Sorry you had a bad experience. When I was going there it was good but then things changed and I haven't been back.
My experience was horrid as well. We fell into the trap of what is George"s Southside Kitchen.
What was undercooked?
The food and service is really good. Food is prepared fresh. It has always been clean when I've been in there. !
I just ordered the hamburger steak take out the other day. And gor home is was red and undercooked in the inside. When i walked in to take the food back. Another guy had ordered the hamburger steak and they were resoung his because it was raw on the insides just like mine. This place is run down and dirty. With dirt grime built up in various places. And while i was waitinf i saw him use the spatula to move the tickets to the left on the clothes line in the window. And use the same spatula to flip burgers. No lie. It was only 8 bucks i didnt want to cause a scene so i just took the food and trashed it and went to Subway. Definitely wont be going there again.
Liver & Onions which is very easy to cook!!! It was just brown on each side!! The middle was raw & bloody!!! I've eaten there several times myself but this was just to much not to complain!!! If the waitress wasn't so Rude I wouldn't have Posted this review!!!
I have been eating there a long time and if something goes wrong with the food they will redo it. There is no manager just waitress and she's in charge. They
What kind of food was undercooked never hard of this happening and if George is not in he is the manager
