This may surprise you, but the smaller wings are one of the strengths of Leo's. Smaller wings are easier to cook evenly to a nice crispy texture. Larger wings while maybe easier to eat, are less tasty and often undercooked near the bone. But hey, go with what YOU like :-)

Karen - it has been remodeled. It is AWESOME, considering how it was before Paul bought it.

The light at the road does need to be lit up. Ask for the one on the building it has been there since they opened and I think it's a part of their heritage. And yes Miss Linda is the best waitress ever.

Their wings are very small. They need to remodel the inside, the carpet is nasty. If they would remodel the inside it will be a little better and use larger wings.
