No problem. What kind of unlocking do you need on the iPhone? If it is blocked with Apple ID we can not unlock it. I'm so sorry to hear Ana. We see that happening to a lot of people. Unfortunately, once the loss or theft has been reported, there is nothing we can do.
What happens that a person sold it to me and told me it was unlocked and that it would work with any company and insert my sim and it worked well for a week after my service was suspended because according to the phone it was reported as lost
