Is there an address to a good location to start the trail? I heard parts of the trail are under construction. We will be biking in Feb and March 2021.

There was construction down in the mossy oaks section of the trail where they were replacing a culvert drain. It may be repaired now.

I was there a few days ago and there is a section under construction on the port royal side. Park at Depot Rd and go to your right, there is no construction in that direction.
